2pm:鮮奶優格200<92卡>+杏桃乾20克<55卡>+無花果乾30克<64卡>+熱的無糖綠茶

tiyan說的對:多喝熱茶就對啦!消除食慾增加體溫提高代謝率!!

4pm: apple 290g <145kcal>+ yogurt 200cc<92kcal>

6pm:豆腐洋蔥紅蘿蔔蛋花湯<豆腐50g+紅蘿蔔100g+洋蔥50g+3蛋白1蛋黃=264kcal>
